What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We only accept credit cards, but we would be happy to work with you to provide an invoice (which can be paid online and then printed for your records) or take your order over the phone. How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate or refund for partial months.

Do you offer a version that I can install locally at my site?

Not at this time. It is something we may consider in the future, but we currently only offer it as a subscription service.

Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?

If you upgrade from a free account to a paid account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now.

Can I downgrade a paid account to a Free account?

No. If you decide not to continue your paid account, it cannot be converted into a Free account. You are always welcome, however, to sign up for another Free account and continue using LeanKit Kanban Basic Edition. You can, however, change the number of seat licenses on your paid account at any time.

Do you offer volume discounts?

What's a "Board Viewer" account?

Board Viewer accounts provide a more economical option for small organizations that want to expose their Kanban boards to a wide audience without having to purchase a seat license for everyone. Contact us at sales@leankitkanban.com to find out more.
